Scotland Weekend - Panthers Travel North.....

The weekend of 14th - 16th September saw the first Scotland Double Header Weekend of the 19/20 EIHL Season.

At 10am on Saturday 14th, the Panthers Travel Coach departed from the Arena, with a destination of the Best Western Queens Hotel in Perth.

Before long it was time to head to our first game, which saw the Panthers face the Dundee Stars. Following the game a happy coach made its way back to our Hotel, before settling down for the night.

Sunday saw a trip out to the seaside town of Anstruther, which is a lovely place, unfortunately the weather didn't pick up till later in the day but everyone enjoyed the change and something a little different.

Sunday night saw us venture to the Fife Ice Arena in Kirkcaldy, sadly whilst the result didn't go the way we wanted for the clean sweep of results.

Over the weekend we had two 'First Goal, First Penalty' sweepstakes. The one on Saturday Night was won by Ray T and Lisa K, whilst the Sunday's was won by Lisa K and Stylo respectively.

In all, it has been a successful trip, as everyone has enjoyed weekend, there have been lots of laughs along with new friends being made with first time travellers.

As this is being written, we are heading back to Nottingham, but the fun doesn't stop there. We have a number of games coming up, we still have some Travel only places remaining for the Manchester Trip this weekend, and we are taking bookings for the scheduled away trips to Sheffield, Guildford and Cardiff.
