On Saturday 3rd November, a number of Panthers fans were on the Road again, and were travelling up to Altrincham to see the Panthers take on the Manchester Storm, just 24 hours after facing each other in Nottingham.
Needing just 1 point to qualify to the next round, it was a nervous coach of supporters who were even more nervous when Manchester went 1-0 up, towards the end of the 1st Period.
Thankfully the nerves of the Panthers Nation were relaxed a little when halfway through the 2nd period, the Panthers equslised, before going ahead less than 8 minutes later.
The game was close right up until the end, when Manchester, who needed a regulation win, pulled their goalie and Panthers scored an empty net goal.
Our next Away game will see us head to Manchester again, but this time for a League match, we are currently planning this trip, but are taking bookings now alongside other away games, for full details please visit out Upcoming Games page.
